Lost or Stolen Packets

Since our Dine and Fun Passport and VIP packet are “financially risk free,” we accept any unsold packets back. We also do not charge for lost or stolen packets; however, we do expect maximum efforts by everyone to return all unsold cards. It is the group leaders’ responsibility to follow-up with participants who have not returned their cards, and to document any incident of stolen or lost packets.

We normally do not have problems with people taking advantage of our policy. We attempt to work closely with your group to support your sale and to help bring the program to a close at the Landing.
