School Fundraising Coordinator

Your school needs funds.  Your job as the School Fundraising Coordinator is to try and figure out good ways to raise those funds.  “Good ways“, typically, take into account the following factors:

  • Funds received vs. the funds raised (the percentage of “cut” the organization makes)
  • The amount of work on the PTA/PTO vs. the funds raised
    • Does the fundraiser require a large PTA/PTO Board involvement?
    • Does the fundraiser require a large PARENT involvement?
  • The hassle of the fundraiser
    • Does the product need to be kept refrigerated or frozen?
    • Is the product large or heavy?
    • Is the product easily breakable or able to get damaged easily?

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you should take the various factors above in deciding WHICH fundraisers you suggest to your Board for your School.

Our fundraising program was SPECIFICALLY  designed to address all the issues above.

Lets start with a Specific Goal

Fundraising is BETTER if there is a specific goal for the funds vs. the PTA/PTO “general fund”.

We make every effort to work with your organization to achieve a specific reachable goal.
